In this free 10-week course, artists ages 12-14 from the Rogers Park area will practice the vital hip hop skills of improvisation and “freestyling.” Students will use their developing skills to form peace circles, through which the group can dynamically dissect and express ideas about the criminal justice system and incarceration in America.
