Activation Kit Submissions
Illinois Humanities will review all submissions and select excerpts and/or complete stories to be shared. Illinois Humanities will not share any stories that contain abusive language or hate speech. All individuals referenced within a story should be made anonymous or have their names changed to protect their identities unless they give express permission to the contrary.
By submitting a response to the Activation Kit, users give Illinois Humanities permission to store and publish select contents of their submission, i.e. images, audio, embedded video, and written responses. This includes publication on the RE:ACTION website and other Illinois Humanities-owned domains, in non-commercial educational programming and materials, social media, and in publicity materials associated with Illinois Humanities and RE:ACTION.
